Aurangabad Rocks

Facts: The plan to go to Aurangabad is in the air for sometime and it finally materialises on 10-1-2006 at 6 in the evening. There is little hope of more than 5 people coming.
Next day at the railway station the count is 16.
Everybody will stay at Nirbhay Gujjar's house and roam around in Aurangabad and take Sai Baba darshan at Shirdi while returning back.
The trip is going to rock is certain from the overwhelming response.

I would like this place to thank Nirbhay to make such a trip a reality.

The trip started with a unfortunate incident with an altercation with the Rickshawala but within 10mins it turned into the the biggest comic incident of the entire trip by Chetan. The places we visited in Auangabad were awesome.
1. Bibi Ka makbara- replica of Taj Mahal beleived to be bilt by one of Auranjeb's sons on the memory of his mother.
2. Ellora caves- We visited only one of the caves (kailash Cave)but that is the biggest monolithic structure in the world.
3. Devgiri killa (popularly known as the Daulatabad fort) It is a very well guarded fort with excellent defenses adn one cannot stop wondering about the engineering skills and vision of the architect.

The trip had a mix of all sight-seeing, Darshan of many temples, fighting, leg-pulling and it was the most enjoyable of trips the SPCE class members have undertaken.

I would like to thank everybody for coming together and making this trip happen- the fact that the trip was going to rock was undisputable.

1. 16 people, most of them chamdis - you cannot call it a trip "the SPCE class members have undertaken. "

2. Your post of Jan 10th mentioned that you are going to A'bad. If you had said some dudes are going, it would have rankled me less, even if you (justifiably) didn't bother asking me. Taking all threads together, I could only conclude that I 'm being cut adrift.

I completely agree on wht Bhute says....

You cant call tht a trip where everyone came together. It was not at all a class trip.
I really dont want to make this a issue, but then i really can't bear you using the words, "SPCE class again and again".

To tell the truth, this was a trip undertaken by you and your friends.
Write just that and stop sounding garrulous for once atleast.

How many people and who among the SPCE 2002 batch is a memeber of this blog has not been enquired into by me and hence I presume that when I write something on the blog, I am addressing at least a representative section of the entire class.
About chamdis making up most of the group of 16, aren't the chamdis a part of the class? Some people may a class apart, but nobody is without the class.
About calling people who won't be coming is out of question, they actually reduce ur enthusiasm about the trip, besides there was hardly any time to persuade the reluctant as the decision of timing was taken not even 12 hrs before the dparture time (night hours included).

in the world of advanced communications, you are trying to convince a bunch of to be engineers that the plans were not announced to other members due to the short and sudden decision ??? That must be one of the most ridiculous statements I have ever heard from a Man of your intelligence. All I can think of right now, you guys wanted pure fun (with sexual overtones) without any nagging or ragging from the other counterparts. Well hope you must have succedded in the same. however I have a doubt, seeing the pics on your mobile I feel it may appreciating the same sexes rather than the other way round.
Anywayz, keep UP the good work.

The question, Bhim, is not of asking someone to come. It is of informing them about the trip - the fact that you (and some other people) would be "unavailable" for some time. The abortive mention of A'bad on your personal blog was like a defence lawyer raising an objection and then shouting "I withdraw!"; leaving the judge, jury and prosecution in confusion. You are supposed to let us know - thats all. If you feel we don't warrant that right... well, you know what I have in my arsenal, don't you?
